Meet Tash
I grew up in sunny South Africa and shortly after marrying my husband Russel, we decided to do some travelling overseas. While living in London I continued developing my career, working in both practice and commercial environments.
I have over 18 years of accounting experience and knowledge behind me. I love the variety of roles that accountancy brings but my personal favourite area is bookkeeping and personal tax. I love challenging myself and enjoy learning new skills and “life hacks”
I am a mother to three gorgeous boys. When I’m not working you will usually find me standing on the side of various sporting pitches, supporting them.
I am very family and friends orientated, so I enjoy summer catch ups on the beach or wintery walks on the moors with my dog.

Meet Nat
I was born in Freedom Fields hospital in Plymouth & grew up with my mum & 3 siblings in Plympton. My Nan & Grandad lived by the sea in Heybrook bay, and I have many fond memories staying with them on and off throughout my childhood; walking to the beach, rock pooling all day and picking blackberry’s on the way home.
My brother James, sisters Emma & Marianne and I were all fostered when I was 11 by an amazing family in Shaugh prior who we still consider our family to this day.
After my education at Woodford Junior school and Plymouth College I got a 2:1 Early Years teaching degree at Chester University, though I always had a passion for running my own business and decided teaching wasn’t for me. I fell into a bookkeeping job straight after University and had two beautiful children; Sonny & Daisy two years apart.
I worked in the bookkeeping/accountancy industry for 12 years and founded N&T Accountancy in 2021 with Tash. We met at my last job in a Chartered Accountancy in Plymouth and just hit it off straight away. We are both driven, hard workers but are laidback too so we just work so well together.
I now live and work from home in Saltash with my partner Darren and my two children while renovating our property, which has been something I have wanted to do for years!
I love walks on the beach with my family and two dogs Luna & Jazz and keeping fit through pole dancing.
The best thing about my business is helping take the weight of the world off my client’s shoulders and creating lifelong partnerships with them to support them through their business journey.
